What To Include In A Support Request

For the fastest response, include:

• The build label shown on the CogniAtlas home page, such as Preview v1.0.0+15 • 2026-05-16.
• Your device and browser, for example Edge on Android, Edge on Windows, iPad Safari, or Surface Pen.
• The layout mode involved, such as Free Form, Horizontal, Top Down, List, or Radial.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• Exact steps to reproduce the issue.
• A screenshot, short screen recording, or sample `.cga`, `.imx`, or `.opml` file if available.

Common Support Topics

• Opening or recovering a saved map.
• Browser refresh or cached preview version issues.
• Topic overlap, Clean Up behavior, branch order, or layout issues.
• Pen, stylus, Apple Pencil, Samsung S Pen, or Surface Pen behavior.
• Import/export issues with CGA, IMX, OPML, TXT, HTML, PNG, JPG, or PDF.

Before Reporting A Web Preview Issue

1. Confirm the home page build label.
2. Hard refresh the browser.
3. If the old version still appears, clear site data/cache for streines.github.io.
4. Reopen https://streines.github.io/FXCogniAtlas/.
